A babysitting service will be provided for members who are using the facility FREE of charge.  This service may be cancelled if the number of children becomes too low.

Boot Camp

BOSU Weekend Workout 

Saturday 7:30-8:30 am at YWCA

Build endurance, strength & balance. 30+ minutes of fat-burning cardio, followed by muscle and core training. Inst:  Staff  ****I

Arthritis Foundation program of low intensity, low impact exercises focused on improving joint flexibility, range of motion & balance.  No swimming skills needed.

 

SilverSplash®

T/Th 9:00-9:45 am

Offers lots of fun and shallow water moves to improve agility, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance.  No swimming ability is required, and a special SilverSneakers® kickboard is used to develop strength, balance and coordination.  Instructor: Sue

 

Wave Makers
M/W/F  9:00-9:45 am

Class perfect for beginning exercisers and active older adults.  Have fun in deep and shallow water while toning up.  Inst: Staff
